Amy is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and owner of Wild Rose Yoga in Cle Elum, WA, as well as co-owner of Wild & Inspired Retreats with her travel partner and bestie, Jenn. She completed her 200hr Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher training with Cascade School of Yoga, a 100hr Restorative Yoga and Meditation training with Ela Veda in Costa Rica, and her 300hr Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin Yoga training in Thailand with Become A Yogi; The 7 Doorways. Amy teaches Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, and Meditation.

She strives to represent all eight limbs of yoga in her classes, not just the physical postures. Amy’s love of travel has taken her across Europe, Costa Rica, Bali, Greece, Mexico, and Thailand, participating in and leading personal growth and yoga retreats. Most recently, she assisted in a Restorative Yoga and Meditation teacher training at the eco-village Pacha Mama in Costa Rica.

Deeply devoted to personal growth and her spiritual path, Amy is known for showing up authentically and inviting others to do the same. One of her gifts is holding sacred space, welcoming seekers with open arms, and encouraging connection, gratitude, and love within themselves, the community, and nature.

Jenn is a meditation teacher, mystic, and inspired life coach devoted to helping others illuminate the light within.

After years of working in education  and  owning a CrossFit gym, Jenn made a bold shift in 2018 by completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Thailand. There she discovered the transformative power of yoga and travel. Her path has since taken her to Costa Rica, Greece, India, and Sri Lanka, deepening her studies in meditation, restorative yoga, vocalization, intuitive movement, mysticism, and ritual. She is currently completing her 500-hour Bhakti Yoga teacher training with Janet Stone.

Jenn  runs the Cle Elum Wellness Center and hosts a variety of wellness-related events and workshops at the center. She and Amy  (Wild Rose Yoga)  partner to  host Full Moon Gatherings and Wild & Inspired Bookclub in their community. As a retreat leader, Jenn creates welcoming sanctuary spaces through journal prompts, intuitive writing, storytelling, meditative movement, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She is known for her sunrise and moonlight rituals, guiding participants to harness the energy of what excites them and integrate it into daily life. Jenn weaves the sacred into the everyday and is most inspired in community.

Her personal mantra, “Find the courage. See the beauty. Live inspired,” continues to guide her own evolving journey and the transformative work she shares with others.

Meet Jenn

A lifelong seeker and multidisciplinary creator, Claire blends the grounded clarity of a lawyer, the imaginative depth of a fantasy author, and the curiosity of a devoted student of esoteric wisdom. Her work is shaped by a fascination with the unseen architectures of story, symbol, and magic—and how they shape human experience. Her esoteric studies include astrology, tarot, human design, soul contracts, Akashic Records reading, kabbalah, feminine embodiment, channeling, and dream-work.

At the Awaken in Amorgos retreat, Claire will lead workshops exploring the symbolic and mythological languages that illuminate our inner and outer worlds. Her teaching emphasizes integration—bringing soul wisdom into practical, real-world application so participants leave with grounded insights for daily life, decision-making, and personal growth.

Claire connected with Jenn and Amy through Wild Rose Yoga and joined Wild & Inspired Retreats after a transformative experience in Mexico in fall 2025. Her love of travel has taken her around the world, from living in Morocco to backpacking through Europe.
